Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Most in-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM ET Monday–Friday typically ship the same business day. Please allow 1–2 business days on retail products for order processing during busy periods, holidays, product launches, or other high-volume periods.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
R&M Hockey Supply ships orders using UPS, FedEx, USPS.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
Most standard shipments arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Free Shipping
R&M Hockey Supply offers FREE standard shipping on qualifying orders of $149 or more within the contiguous United States.
Free shipping excludes:
- Hockey sticks
- Team orders
- Alaska and Hawaii
- Any other oversized or specially designated items where noted
Qualifying merchandise totals must reach $149 after discounts and before shipping charges.
Hockey Stick Shipping
Due to oversized-package carrier charges, hockey sticks ship for a flat rate of $19.99 within the contiguous United States.
Hockey sticks are not eligible for free shipping, even when the order total exceeds $149.
If your order contains both hockey sticks and other merchandise, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Orders Under $149
Shipping rates for qualifying orders under $149 are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, shipping method, and destination.
Alaska & Hawaii
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.
Available shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-Store Pickup
Local pickup may be available at select R&M Hockey Supply locations.
Choose Local Pickup at checkout when available. We will email you once your order is ready.
Please wait until you receive your pickup-ready notification before visiting the store.
Team orders follow separate fulfillment timelines and are not subject to standard retail pickup estimates.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
R&M Hockey Supply is not responsible for shipping delays, additional carrier charges, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Damaged, Missing or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at teamsales@rmhockeysupply.com.
For damaged shipments, please keep all packaging materials and take photos of the package and merchandise so we can assist with the carrier claim.
International Shipping
R&M Hockey Supply primarily ships within the United States.
International shipping may be available for select destinations or products when offered at checkout. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
