Shipping Policy:

All Orders made before 12pm EST (Monday-Friday) are typically shipped same day. Packaging and Shipping are only prepared on business days (Monday-Friday).

 

Return Policy:

You may return an item purchased directly through rmhockeysupply.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We do not reimburse original freight charges.

To start a return, please email [email protected] with the following information below.

• Customer Name
• Order Number
• Brief Description of reason for return

In order to receive a refund, the product must be in its original undamaged package, it cannot be used or washed and it must contain all accompanying parts. Once product is returned, received, and inspected by R&M Hockey Supply a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to make your original purchase. Depending on your financial institution it may take 10-14 days for this transaction to be to appear on your statement.
